Refund Policy

At T-Box Golf Cltv., we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Final Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or colour, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at tboxgolfcltv@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the item and packaging to assist with your claim.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
